Many women, who want to look fresher and younger than their age, take great care of their face. At the same time, they forget that the state of the skin of the neck and the décolleté will tell your age much earlier than that of the face, if you leave these wonderful and attractive details of the female body without due attention. Therefore, it is very important to start monitoring them at the same time as your facial. If a woman, caring for her face, does not forget about the neck and décolleté, then the withering process is postponed.
Neck rejuvenator after 40 years.
How to keep your neck beautiful in adulthood? If you think it is expensive, then it is not like that at all.
The usual products and the products that every housewife has in the kitchen are suitable against skin aging. Applied correctly, we can use them to perform the necessary anti-aging procedures: cleaning, masks or wrapping.
Neck rejuvenation - procedures
The first and important procedure is peeling. It is suitable for rejuvenating the skin of the face and neck. This action will remove the dead cells from the top layer of the skin.
It can be peeled easily at home.
You sure have salt, soda, oatmeal (you can make it yourself by cutting rolled oats in a blender), and kefir.
Take a large tablespoon of ingredients and mix everything together. For dry skin, you can add any unrefined vegetable oil. Using a soft bristle brush, massage your face, neck and décolleté in gentle circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Then wash off the mixture and apply a nourishing cream.
Neck rejuvenation at home can be done with a chemical peel.
Rub half a lemon on the neck and décolleté until slight redness appears. Keep the lemon juice on the skin for no more than 15 minutes, then rinse and lubricate the polished areas with a nourishing oily cream.
Use a blender to make the mixture with the berries by hand. It is better to choose berries that contain a lot of acid, because it dissolves the keratinized cells of the upper layer of the skin well. Apply the porridge in the areas to be treated and do the housework. After 20 minutes, wash off the berry mass and apply any of the masks indicated in the next chapter on the already treated skin.
If you have wounds on the skin, irritation or allergy to the components of the home peel, you cannot perform the procedure.
After cleansing, when the pores of the skin have opened and you are breathing, it is necessary to "feed" it. This is done using homemade masks. It will not hurt to lie down and relax with soft and pleasant music.
Homemade masks
- Dilute 30 g of fresh yeast (you can substitute 1 dry packet) in 60 ml of water, add half a small spoonful of olive oil. Mix everything and let it rest for 5 minutes. Apply the mask in 4 layers: apply each subsequent layer over the previous dry layer.
- Pour 25 g of oatmeal with 120 ml of hot water and allow to cool until lukewarm. Apply to the skin and cover with parchment. Insulate the mask from above with a towel.
- In equal proportions, mix honey with flax flour, pour slightly warm water, add olive oil.
- Egg, 50 g of cottage cheese, 10 ml of aloe juice, 50 g of sour cream.
Smear honey on neck and décolleté and hold until slight redness (up to 10 minutes), then rinse. After such a mask, you will not tire of admiring the renewed and transformed skin.
Neck wrap
If you want your neck to become smooth, it would not hurt to do this procedure twice a week (preferably every other day).
Heat the flaxseed (or olive) oil to 40 degrees and brush it on problem areas, cover with a cloth and set in the way that suits you best. Leave this type of compress until morning. During the night, all the oil will be absorbed into the skin and nothing will need to be washed.
5 g of glycerin, the same amount of olive oil and a couple of boiled potatoes. Blend the potatoes with butter and glycerin. Place neckline and neckline, cover with a napkin and leave for half an hour. Then wash it off.
Neck laser resurfacing.
The peeling method of cleansing the skin is carried out in three stages. First, a special agent is applied to the skin, which provides it with nutrients and prepares it for subsequent laser exposure.
In the next stage, the cosmetologist directs a laser beam at the problem area of the skin.
The length of the beam and the time of its work depend on the problem and the condition of the epidermis and is determined by the doctor. The method of pain relief is determined by the type of skin cleansing. If the peeling procedure is carried out at a superficial or medium level, local anesthetics are used and, in a deep one, general anesthesia is performed.
In the final stage, after all the procedures have been completed, the skin is covered with a special paste that promotes the restoration of the subcutaneous tissues and the rapid healing of the skin.
At each stage of the procedure, the patient is under the close supervision of a physician. The operation of the equipment is also under the strict supervision of a specialist who establishes the necessary parameters in the laser device: beam length and exposure time. Therefore, contingencies are excluded. The duration of the laser peel depends on the condition of the patient's skin and its individual characteristics.
How does a laser beam work?
A laser beam aimed at an area of the skin burns its top layer, thus eliminating blemishes. In addition, the beam causes neighboring cells to regenerate and multiply rapidly.
On the one hand, the laser burns the distorted and irregular cells, on the other hand, it restores and makes the neighboring, close ones work better.
This reaction of the cells to the laser stimulates the spontaneous production of collagen, responsible for the elasticity of the skin.
Another important positive characteristic of a laser beam is its ability to neutralize microbes. It destroys the pathogenic flora of the skin and disinfects it immediately.
